Improving PRO Version - a request for help!

This time we want to ask for your opinions about PRO Version.
What do you like in the PRO Version? Which features are interesting, but underdeveloped? What is missing in your opinion?
In short, how to increase interest in the PRO Version, while preserving our main idea - to not give it advantage of its holders?

Answers to these questions will allow us to make such a game as well as the PRO Version better. Therefore, we encourage you to express themselves in the topic!

Youth League/ Youth Squad - now we have limitation, the best training efficiency we can reach if we have 7 or less players in Youth sqad, if we have more efficiency drops... and we have to choose - have fun with playing in youth league or effectively train only 7-8 youth players (all at the same position)> I suggest to add new catgory of training "exclude from training, but without losing training efficiency" or new category of youth payers "player for youth league only" - without possibility to promote him into first squad. thanks to such solution we can have fun from training (7-8 players at trained position) and have fun with playing in youth league (we will have also players on other positions)

second idea - many managers ask for "old tactical options" - more complicated, but with less efficiency (in my opinion) - add this tactical option to "youth league" - thanks to such solution they will be happy

third problem - Beach volleyball - boring, boring, borin - All what we have to do is to choose two players, and ... thats all. add other options f.e we will have to chose 3 players every week - but with the limitiation of plaing for everyone of them - it means - every week we have 7 matches and everyone of this third player could play only in 5 matchess- thanks to this simply solution we will have to think how set up our players for all of 7 matches

people with short term "pro version"(21/24 days), can't took part into youth league - in my opinion it will be possible to organise it in a similar version like normal championship- it means it have to be possible to join into the youth league at anytime. also it have to be possible to join once again at the same season. for example somebody join into this tornament, then his proversion will end and for example, two weeks later he will buy next pro version - it have to be possible to join the same league again

Give users with long term pro version (90/360 days), possibility to take part in elections as a candidate for National team coiuch in other countries than they live.

With Pro version you can add faces to players, would be nice to be able to name your youth player when you recruit him.

Would be nice also to be able get base stats for a youth player then get random bonus points you can assign to catagories of your choice when you recruit. The higher your youth school the more points you get possibly.

I also think you should get the penalty for having more than 7 players on the youth squad waved in the pro version or have it raised to 10 maybe.

If would be nice when looking at player stats that their position was listed next to their name. When I'm scouting another team I like to look at which player had the most recieving errors or kills but I forget what position they are and have to go back to the tactics screen to see what position they played.

I suggest to create statistics per player and team for each league, cup, championship in order to see per category (to be filtred) who is the best blocker, receiver, positioning, setting, server ...

This can create some fun and also help the manager to adjust their tactics, see their position vs other players, select nationnal teams and help in TL to buy player which seems to be efficient. This will also create so additional fun and challenge to get your player in top 10 or top 3.
